I have conducted an observation in PappaRich outlet during lunch time at 12pm to 2pm. Before that, I asked permission from the person in charge that I am TAR college student and showed the letter as I am carry out the research to do observation in the outlet. He did not allowed me to capture video. Thus, I decided to continue my observation by recording down what have I seen during that time. I managed to took some photo in the outlet which will be posted later.
I would like to observe what are the activities done by customers in the PappaRich outlet.
For the following, I will identify my research question, research objective and research method

Following is the result of the observation done in the PappaRich outlet
Race
Majority of 23 customers are chinese. 3 of them is malay, 1 of the
customers is Indian
A) Activities done by customers
There are total of 27 customers dine in PappaRich throughout the observation. An
average of customers is 2.7. All of the customers are eating more than 15
minutes.
27 customers were having the meal in the outlet. None of them were take away.
There are only 6 out of 27 customers were using Ipad or Handphone to
browse internet. The average is 0.6.
B) Food and beverages customer order during the observation
13 customers ordered Nasi Lemak, 9 of them ordered Curry Laksa, another
2 customers ordered Dry Curry Mee, 1 of them ordered Ipoh Koay Teow and Chicken Porridge. Besides, some of the
customers ordered side dishes light Glutinous Rice, Roti Bakar, and others. Non
of them order western food like Papa Chicken Chop and Fish & Chips.
17 customers ordered PappaCoffee, 6 of them ordered Pappa Cendol and 3
customers ordered Pappa ABC. Besides, small number of customers ordered Barley,
Ice Lemon Tea or Soya drinks. In addition, some customers would order
additional drinks if they stay in the outlet for longer time for discussion
after their meal.
C) Have the staffs quickly clean the table after customers left PappaRich?
The staffs are fast in cleaning the table once the
customers left. This is to ensure the table is clean for the next
customers. However 1 table beside the corner which was not clean immediately after the previous customer left. The staffs clean the table when the new customers comes in.
