Introduction

I am a student from TAR College is currently doing a franchise business research. I have chosen one of the PappaRich Outlet in Centro Mall, Klang Valley for my individual assignment. During the research, I observed 10 period during the lunch time each for 15 minutes. Besides, I would interview 10 PappaRich customers to know their preference and satisfaction toward Papparich,

I would like to introduce background of PappaRich. PappaRich Group was established in 2005, a local franchise food and beverages chain which consist of total 50 outlets nationwide and continuous expanding rapidly. They are providing high quality malaysian foods such as freshly freshly baked buns, toast, Nasi Lemak, laksa and many more. Besides, they also have excellent choices of gourmet coffee where the PappaRich Coffee is brewed with specially blended local selected gourmet beans.
